A few months ago I posted a Nip+Fab blog post featuring their Glycolic Fix range. Among the products featured was their Glycolic Fix Night Pads Extreme. Today I wanted to give another feature to their toning pads, this time from the Bee Sting Fix range.
The Nip+Fab Bee Sting Fix Toning Pads are clarifying and pore tightening pads that feature witch hazel, bee venom, propolis, and allantoin (keep reading for more about each individual ingredient). Nip+Fab first introduced me to pre-moistened toner pads and I think it is a feature that is perfect for the lazy girl in all of us. It's kind of nice to not have to splash toner onto a cotton pad. The Bee Sting Fix Toning Pads contain 60 pads, smooth on one side and slightly bumpy on the other, so they should last about 1-2 months, depending on if you are using them twice daily or once daily.
So let's talk ingredients! Nip+Fab products are known for their use of specialized ingredients to help treat the skin. In the Bee Sting Fix Toning Pads, there are four main ingredients:
BEE VENOM | This acts as a natural botox to plump and firm the skin. It fills and smoothes fine lines and wrinkles.
PROPOLIS EXTRACT | A substance that is harvested by bees and is a natural anti-oxidant and antiseptic.
WITCH HAZEL | We all know witch hazel is great for the skin; it can help to reduce swelling and repair broken skin while also fighting bacteria.
ALLANTOIN | This is a compoind that derives from the comfrey plant. It provides a natural protectant for the skin and encourages cell regeneration.
In general, these toning pads feel great on the skin, and I also love that they are alcohol-free, meaning they won't dry out your skin. One thing to note is that if you're allergic to bees, I would steer clear of this product (for obvious reasons). Overall though, the Bee Sting Fix Toning Pads leave my skin feeling smoother, lightly hydrated and generally, very happy.
