THE NAKED GOODS / NATURAL & ORGANIC SKINCARE

If you're looking for natural skincare made with organic and wildharvested ingredients, look no further! The Naked Goods is a high-end skincare brand that combines the most nutritious ingredients from around the globe to create highly concentrated, one of a kind products. They never use synthetics of any sort and are always toxin free!

The Naked Goods' mission is to redefine the beauty industry with 100% natural and effective skincare. They seek to challenge the common perception that natural means less effective and believe in beauty without compromise. The Naked Goods is inspired by the notion that skincare should be derived only from nature and should be free of any questionable synthetics.

THE DIFFERENCE

1. 100% Natural, Organic & Wildharvested
Like food, organically grown and wildharvested ingredients often have higher levels of nutrients and are not exposed to pesticides and chemicals. The Naked Goods products will never contain any parabens, GMO ingredients, or artificial preservatives!

2. In-House Formulation & Manufacturing
While many beauty companies outsource their production in order to focus on branding and sales, all of The Naked Goods products are made in-house and in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.

3. Highly Concentrated and Unique Formulas
A lot of skincare formulations will use fillers as a part of their formulation, unlike how every single ingredient chosen by The Naked Goods serves a purpose. Their highly concentrated formulas mean you will be receiving the full spectrum of benefits in one product, not five.

4. High Quality Packaging for Efficacy
The Naked Goods uses dark violet glass to house their products as packaging directly impacts the quality of products. Regular glass and plastic packaging allows light to pass through the packaging into our products - which accelerates the molecular decaying process and decreases the product's potency. The bottles and jars used by The Naked Goods act as a filter, allowing only the good light to pass through which means the products stored in them stay fresh and potent longer!

"We are a luscious organic skincare brand created to provide
women with an exquisite self-care experience."

The Bare Glow Mask / $87.00
I've been using The Naked Goods products for the past eight weeks and I have been finding myself really enjoying them! The highly concentrated formula means I only have to use a little bit of each product but I do believe they have been the major contribution to my recent clear skin (plus or minus the occasional hormonal breakout!). The Mini Care Lip Butter contains a blend of soothing oils and nutrient-rich extracts to keep my lip soft and hydrated throughout the day and night. Even though the packaging is small, I have been using this lip butter everyday and I have barely made a dent in it. You don't need to use very much as it is super concentrated.

While browsing the online store, The Desert Rescue Face Oil really caught my attention as I had been looking for a face oil to add to my night time skincare regime. This face oil contains oleic acid, which is very effective in sealing in moisture. It is also packed with a ton of antioxidants and vitamins, making it the perfect treat for your skin after a long day of work. Because this is a face oil, I will only apply it at night however, it absorbs so quickly and when I wake up in the morning, my skin looks and feels so fresh and plump.

The Bare Glow Mask / $87.00
The Bare Glow Mask is a thick and luxurious mask designed to hydrate and brighten your complexion with every use. There is a plethora of ingredients in this mask, all included for their various benefits, including intense moisture, nourishing, as well as anti-aging benefits. This is a very thick mask, but like every product in this post, you don't need very much for it to be effective. I like to scoop about a teaspoon of this mask into my palm and apply a few drops of water to loosen up the consistency. I will then apply it evenly all over my face and wash it off after about half an hour (I like to use this mask when I am in the bath too!). When it's washed off, my skin feels soft, smooth and my overall complexion looks bright and glowy.

The Pink Dirt Cleansing Clay / $50.00
It was quite a change for me to try a clay cleanser after being so used to foaming cleansers however, it proved to be a good experience. It took me a while to get used to the powder and non-foaming nature of this cleanser but when I did get used to it, I found it to be very easy to use and I love how it doesn't strip the skin of its lipid layer and destroy its protective layer. This clay cleanser gently cleanses the skin while removing toxins, heavy metals, and impurities that are buried deep in the skin.

Overall I love how The Naked Goods has truly done their research. As I've said time and time again, I think it is important to be aware of what you are purchasing, what it is made of, and where it is coming from. Sometimes it is so easy to be sucked into products that claim to be organic and natural however it is always a plus when companies can back up their products with research and facts. In a way, The Naked Goods is also very educating to their consumers, explaining why commercial products may not be that great for your skin and why their products are better.

These days, as I get older and tend to have a lot more going on in my days, I think it's even more more important to take care of your skin and invest in high quality products that ultimately will work. If you are looking for similar skincare, I would definitely check out The Naked Goods, as they have products suitable for several skin types, including dry, normal, and combination. There is also an awesome sampler kit if you are unsure of what to try that they offer with free shipping worldwide!

Cheers!
