I have been on a skincare discovery trip these days so I think it's fair to tell you about each of these in more detail. One of these awesome discoveries is Naturally Sweet Body & Wellness, a Canadian-based company that focuses on producing simple and natural products for the home and body. Essential oils are a key element of their products, and their products are directed towards pampering our bodies, and relaxing and soothing our mind.

I've been using these products for around three weeks now and I have really noticed a difference in the overall health of my skin. I do love that we are becoming more conscious of what is being put into the products we use everyday, and I myself definitely appreciate natural and simple products. The ingredients used by Naturally Sweet are natural, organic, and cruelty-free, with every product being scented with 100% therapeutic grade essential oils. Being sustainable and environmentally friendly is also a goal of Naturally Sweet, as their products are packaged with minimal packaging - which you can even re-use!

Ami, the owner of Naturally Sweet was kind enough to send me a few products to try out, and I was absolutely blown away by how well the body products have moisturised and softened my skin. I certainly have been having many "spa" days since I have received these products! You can read on for more pictures as well as detailed descriptions of each of these products.

The essential oils used in this balm are designed to help relieve stress, calm anxiety, and sooth the body and mind. During the day, I have been applying a small amount behind my earlobes and the inside of my wrists to ease my state of mind. Before I head off to bed, I have also been applying it to the soles of my feet to give myself a small foot massage before I sleep.

Winter has finally arrived in Toronto which means the dry and cold weather has really tired my skin out. This body butter is a blend of vanilla and orange, with hints of cinnamon that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I have been using this before I go to bed in conjunction with the body balm. It's made with several butters and oils, which are all super hydrating for the skin. It melts to rub into the skin easily, and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth.

One of the ways I like to pamper myself is with a bath and I always find myself trying out new bath products. These bath salts are made with epsom salts and lavender essential oil, which smell wonderful in my bath water, and help to relax my mind and body after a long day of work.

This lip balm is made with shea butter, beeswax, jojoba oil, and sweet almond oil. These ingredients help to keep your lips soft and nourished. Two of my favourite scents are vanilla and mint, and they make a perfect combination for a lip balm flavour. The mint also gives a small plumping effect which is quite nice as well.

I love that Naturally Sweet focuses on the body overall, and all of the little details that help to increase one's well-being. I light candles all of the time, as I find they help in relaxing my mind and body, and they are also just so pretty! This is the 3oz candle in lavender rosemary, a wonderfully soft scent that fills up a room.

Naturally Sweet believes that women are Super Women! Therefore, we need to take the time to recharge our batteries so that we can go out into the world and be the #Girlbosses that we are. Ami's products let us take the time to pamper and take care of our bodies so that we can continue to do the things that we love for ourselves and for others!
