FIVE FALL BEAUTY & LIFESTYLE ESSENTIALS

Now that I've had a few weeks to really get into the "fall mood", I thought I would show you the five things that have really gotten me into the seasonal mood.

First on the list is a dark, plum lip colour. The one I have been reaching for the most is Revlon's Colorburst Matte Balm in Sultry. These balms are so easy to apply and feel super smooth and velvety on the lips. The fall season is also notorious for matte makeup, and one of the best compact powders I have found is from Essence. I've raved about the All About Matt! powder before so let's just say it's one of those products that I will keep buying until they don't make it anymore.

I've also been sporting the wine-y nail colour for a few weeks now, and the one I've been wearing is Revlon's Bewitching (620). The name is very fitting for October, don't you think? I think the colder air has also caused my hands to feel dried out more often, so I've been reaching for my L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream a lot which, like the pressed powder, is an absolute staple in my beauty regime.

The last product I've been using to get myself into feeling autumnal is a candle! The one I've been lighting is from Show and Tell Candles in the scent Pumpkin Spice and it smells absolutely wonderful. Pumpkin and spices = the ultimate October scent. Their candles are made with vegan soy wax, and each one contains a gorgeous ring or necklace hidden inside so I can't wait until I can get to my little treasure. You can check out their Facebook page and Instagram for more photos, as well as check out their Etsy store for more scents.

So those are my top five essentials for the fall season. What is your favourite thing about fall?

Cheers!
Nancy
