INDEFENSE30 FROM INDEED LABORATORIES | REVIEW

I honestly can't believe it's already September! I have had the busiest summer ever, and I've been trying out so many new and exciting products, but I haven't gotten the chance to sit down and write about them. Seeing as how I've managed to sneak some free time into my hectic schedule, I thought I'd kick things off for the month with a review on a product I've been using all summer.

InDefense30 is a moisturizer and sunscreen from Indeed Laboratories that I've been using since July. It's a lightweight moisturizer and partial mineral-based sunscreen with SPF 30. The formula absorbs easily into my skin and provides the perfect amount of hydration I want for the daytime. I'm usually weary of moisturizers that contain SPF because in my experience, they tend to be on the greasier side however, the InDefense30 glides on really well and doesn't leave any streaky marks on my skin.

Here are some of the key ingredients:
Pycnogenol: An antioxidant that is shown to be 50 times more powerful than vitamin E. It slows the skin's aging process and protects from harmful environmental elements.

Hydrovition Plus: This delivers intense hydration and works with the skin's natural moisture.

Zinc Oxide: A mineral that acts as a sunscreen, protecting the skin against UVA and UVB light rays. It also helps to heal the skin from pigmentation.

When I saw this product initially, I thought 30 mL was too little for a daily moisturizer however, I've learned that you really don't need much product to cover your face. I love how it's non-scented so those with sensitive skin should be able to use this moisturizer, and the small and minimal packaging makes it perfect for travel (I definitely took this with me on my trips this summer). The InDefense30 retails for $17.99 and can be found online or at Shoppers Drug Mart.

I hope everyone had a great long weekend!
